WHERE I DELIVER

I currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. I hope to add other countries later.

DISPATCH TIMES

Ready-made parts are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of your order.

Custom parts are made to order. I will give you a dispatch time in your quote before you agree to anything. Custom parts usually take 1 to 2 weeks, but this depends on the part and how busy the workshop is.

These are my target times and not a guarantee. If something is going to take longer, I will email you and let you know.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND PRICES

Delivery prices are shown at checkout before you pay. At the time of writing, they are:

Standard delivery, 3 to 5 working days: 4.99 pounds, and free on orders of 50 pounds or more.

Express delivery, 1 to 2 working days: 6.99 pounds.

Delivery times count from the day I dispatch your order, not the day you order it, and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

TRACKING

When your order is dispatched, I will email you to let you know. If your delivery option includes tracking, I will send you the tracking details.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the time given at checkout, or arrives damaged, please email me and I will look into it with the carrier. See the Returns and Refunds page for what happens next.

ADDRESS DETAILS

Please check your delivery address carefully before you order. I cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. If you spot a mistake, email me as soon as you can.
