1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
This website, dramalarmastudios.com, is run by Daniel Larman, trading as Drama Larma Studios, a sole trader based at Flat 1, 78 Winkfield Road, London, N22 5RR. Email: DanielLarman12@outlook.com. Phone: 07568 581794. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
2. WHAT I SELL
I design and make 3D printed upgrade parts for RC (radio controlled) model vehicles. Parts are made to order. Because they are 3D printed, small differences in colour and surface texture are normal. Colours on your screen may also look slightly different from the finished part.
3. COMPATIBILITY AND OTHER BRANDS
Each listing says which vehicle a part is made to fit. Please check this before you order. I cannot promise that a part will fit a vehicle that has been modified.
Drama Larma Studios is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Traxxas or Arrma. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and are used only to say which vehicles my parts fit.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, including any taxes that apply and any delivery charge. If I find a mistake in a price after you order, I will contact you before I go ahead, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
5. ORDERS
When you place an order, I will email you to confirm that I have received it. A contract is made between us when I dispatch your part, or when I confirm by email that I am making it, whichever is earlier. If I cannot fulfil an order, for example because a part is out of stock, I will tell you and refund you in full.
6. CUSTOM ORDERS
For custom parts, I will send you a price and a timeline by email before I start. A custom order only goes ahead once you have agreed to the quote. Timelines are my best estimate and not a guarantee, and I will tell you if they change. Once I have started making a custom part, it cannot be cancelled. See the Returns and Refunds page for more.
7. DELIVERY, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Delivery is covered on the Shipping page, and cancellations, returns and refunds are covered on the Returns and Refunds page. Both form part of these terms.
8. USING THE PARTS SAFELY
RC vehicles and their parts are hobby products, and are used at your own risk. Follow the instructions from your vehicle's manufacturer. Parts may contain small pieces, so keep them away from young children, and make sure children are supervised when they use RC vehicles. Parts are made for model vehicles and must not be used on real vehicles.
RC vehicles can be damaged in crashes, and parts can wear out or break through normal use. This is not counted as a fault.
9. MY RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
I am responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of me breaking these terms, or of me failing to use reasonable care and skill. I am not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for damage caused by crashes, misuse, or modifying a part.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes my responsibility for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow me to limit. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
10. MY DESIGNS AND CONTENT
The designs, logo, photos, text and videos on this website belong to me, or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without my written permission. You are welcome to share links to this website.
11. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
How I use your personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
I may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this website on the day you placed it.
13. THE LAW THAT APPLIES
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
