How do custom orders work?

Tell me what you need on the Custom Workshop Requests page: what you want made, the material, the finish and how many. I reply with a price and timeline. Nothing is made until you agree. Then I print it, check it and post it.

What can you make?

Custom parts for RC trucks such as the Traxxas Maxx and Arrma Kraton: front and rear bumpers, side skirts and full body kits. I also make bespoke one-off objects, small plastic parts, holders, props and more. Send a photo, a sketch, a measurement or an existing part and I will work out what is possible.

Which materials do you offer?

Standard materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, nylon and polycarbonate, plus premium carbon fibre and glass fibre options. Premium materials are quoted individually. See the Materials page for the full list.

Do you guarantee the fit?

Yes. If a part made for the model you told me does not fit, I will reprint it or refund you. See the Fitment Guide and Fit Guarantee page for the details.

How long will my order take?

It depends on the part, the material and how busy the workshop is. Your quote includes a timeline before you commit.

How strong are printed parts?

Strength depends on the material, orientation and settings, and I choose them for the job. Hard crashes can still break parts, so please see the Materials page for the toughest options.

Can I cancel, return or get a refund?

Custom parts are made to your specification, so once I have started making yours it cannot be cancelled or returned unless it is faulty, not as described or does not fit as guaranteed. Faulty parts come with free return postage. Your legal rights are not affected. See the Returns policy for details.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. The first 20 customers get 30% off their first custom order with the code FOUNDING30.
